That's wonderful to hear, Bingz and yes, social media can get very addictive, especially if we have it on our phones.

For me, I personally install the Instagram app only when I have to do a live video or post a few Instagram stories and then uninstall it afterwards. It's really helped with my intentional approach to the platform too :)
