Sometimes you just have to say No.
When it doesn’t excite you.
When it doesn’t call to you.
When it feels wrong.
When it appears that you’re biting off more than you can chew.
When it doesn’t seem to go anywhere.
When it hurts you.
When it measures your worth quantitatively.
When it tells you that you’re not good enough.
Listen to the signs. Study them. Get them printed in your brain.
So that the next time it happens, you know exactly what you need to say.
